1. Subscription Plans
Pyxelio Agency offers subscription plans for ongoing creative support.
All plans include the same core service model. Plan differences are based on billing cycle and pause allowance.
- Unlimited design requests
- One active request at a time
- Queue-based workflow
- Average turnaround of 24-48 hours for most standard tasks
- Unlimited revisions
- Dedicated designer/video editor support
2. Billing and Invoicing
Subscription billing is invoice-based. We do not auto-charge payment methods.
- Billing cycles are monthly, quarterly, or yearly
- An invoice is issued at the start of each billing cycle
- Service begins only after invoice payment is confirmed
- All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise
- Applicable taxes may apply based on location
3. Request Workflow
Subscribers may submit unlimited requests, but we process one active request at a time.
- Additional requests remain in queue order
- Large tasks may be split into phases or milestones
- Delivery timing varies with scope, instructions, and response speed
4. Non-Carryover of Unused Capacity
Unused time, request capacity, or output from a billing period does not roll over to future periods and does not convert into credits, refunds, or additional service entitlement.
5. Pause Policy
Subscriptions may be paused subject to the pause allowance of the selected plan.
- Monthly plans include a limited pause allowance
- Quarterly plans include a longer pause allowance than monthly plans
- Yearly plans include the longest pause allowance
During a valid pause period:
- No new work is processed
- The existing request queue is preserved
- Work resumes from the same queue position when service is reactivated
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid a new invoice
- Access continues until the end of the paid billing period
- Payments for active billing periods are non-refundable except where required by law
7. Fair Use
Subscriptions are for one business or organization and operate under fair use conditions.
- The service may not be resold or used for multiple client businesses without written agreement
- Excessive or abusive usage may result in workflow limits, review, suspension, or termination
8. Plan and Price Changes
- Plan upgrades may start after payment of the new invoice
- Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle
- Pricing may be updated for future billing cycles with advance notice to existing clients
9. Relationship to Terms of Service
These Subscription Terms are part of our Terms of Service. If there is any conflict, these Subscription Terms control subscription billing, queue, and pause matters.
